I designed his new site for him. The guy hasn't paid me 40% of the amount decided after I gave him the files and hasn't replied ever since. If you cant pay now...why cant you even respond edwart?

Currently I'm not posting any proof or maligning him till I get a reply. But I will have to start soon if he doesn't respond.

It also brings into further doubt about him claiming not to be the owner of host parlor, becuase their is a message posted by him and it says owner of the company by it...

To quote Randys message:

He in turn quickly ripped the HTML sources, and images.Taking the work that i did and putting it on his site without paying me for my services.Hostparlor later said that he would pay me, but hostparlors echecks have failed to clear,I sent Paypal Money request to Hostparlor.com but he has canceled them and now he is avoiding me.

HostParlor.com is a fraud, they have bad business practices and i would sincerely discourage anyone from doing business with Hostparlor.com.
