Well here is my 1st impression review :

Site layout looks cool : 4/5
Payout system is good : 5/5
Upload size limit : 1024 Mb Best ! 5/5

Over all : 4.6/5

This can be improved :

1) New filemanager
2) Desktop application
3) Better remote upload [ Current one not working with FS, FSC]
4) 2gb limit

Japan deserves to be in B, most filehosts that know what they're doing have it in that level, look around.
