yes all unless a proper dmca request.

until the expiration date of your acc. If acc. expires files are like (60day without download) protection rule again.
 
@ salena8: Yes they said they would get back to me today.

@ powerups2: No they won't. They will enter the deletion cycle if they haven't been downloaded when you become free.

2. Wait until your money transfered
from your Earnings Account
to your Payout Account
and the transfer becomes approved.
Might take a day or two. -> Monday or Tuesday

looks like fileserve just wanna play save/cheat.

you're not aggree ? see how much members disappoint with them
and they just blind their eyes.

Hi ricky ... many complaints from friends who can not download many files ...... files are ok but can not be downloaded, there are many cases and I can not help my friends in those cases ...... happens to fileserver?
For the same look for other files to download and I miss my friends and you also lose no chance of selling premium?
Hopefully this is fixed because I upload many files but the gains are too acayendo my taste!

These fucking morons have no idea what they're doing. They think they can just sit around like dumb fucking retards and do absolutely nothing to fix the problems then they'll go down. Their alexa ranking is already dropping for this month because of their constant problems.

I suggest everyone find another host to upload to.

THEIR DOWNLOADING DOESNT WORK.
 
Strange File Duplication

Strange thing happening from around 2 hours ago...must have deleted about a few hundred of these files.Never uploaded a file with those names.every time i delete a few of these few more appear.
 
RickyFS my earnings drop, today i make one test with one of my friends.. he download one of my files and offcourse not count for me download still i wait from 3 hrs this is not normal i lose every day downloads
