WJ So Need A New Mod ?

lol, hahah ..
i want superman address too..:PFrom what i see of this forum it needs a lot of modding, for a start there is a lot of mindless twats on here that if they were on my forum would be banned straight away.
Im talking about the mindless replies like being told to fuk off when you ask a question etc.
Also what gets me is i see loads of people ask questions in the chat, including staff, but yet i asked one and was told by a mod to go make a thread. So in short staff need to know the rules to.
On the plus side this is and could be a fantastic forum for helping people wich in some cases it lacks because of the twats. Now everyone knows ive had my disagreements with katz in the past over there attitude towards people etc. now i always belived this site was owned by them? maybe im rong. if so this attitude needs to go and this forum could be huge as theres nothing else compares to it.
You dont need a mod you need an inforcer.

I don't think that 5 to 10 moderators will be enough unless all the members come forward to help.This is not the only responsibility of moderators as moderators are also human and they have to deal with there personal and other problems also..Until we don't change no one can change us.

I can not read every single replies in all threads that has been made so if you catch something that should not be on the board you should help us by reporting the item and we will take a look at the report as soon as we are available. The reports are normally not stored for more than a few minutes (max) if a moderator is online.
Same goes with the shoutbox. If you see someone that is spamming or doing anything at all that's not allowed you can download any software or w.e, take a screenshot and PM a moderator with your shoutbox report. It will be taken care off and the person who violated the rules will be punished.
In the end, the members has most powers.
It's up to you to make sure that the forum does not have any posts/threads that does not belong on WJunction.
Once again, report the problem and we are more than happy to solve the issue.
