Fileserve doesn't count my downloads

Hello everybody,
Today I noticed that fileserve is not counting my download anymore although money increases but the files is uploaded yesterday and today still not counted: I see 0 in the DLs column in the file manager and I'm sure that somebody downloaded them

Please help

Yeah that's the big problem of fileserve. They have many problem with dl count.

Are you guys sure they are real earnings when the downloads counts finally appear? Anyone that says their downloads will increase after the problem seems suspicious to me 8-)

Some of the files are now being counted but others still not

A month or two ago I remembered RickyFS mentioned the download counts were delayed for about 2.5 days. If nothing has changed since, I think this could be the reason.
