Was just reading a few of the post in the last 10 pages, and its so easy to see that most users/earners/uploaders on FS really have no sense of how any business is run.
Evidently to them a good business is one which is stable and doesn't have problems, well good luck finding those in this world. There are no business which don't have trouble anywhere. Get a job and you'll see what I am talking about!
What makes FS my favourite host isn't that they don't have problems or bugs, but the fact that they get right on it and try to fix it. I don't mind if they take a few days, heck they might even take a week but the dedication they show in trying to fix problems even on Sunday evenings is unparalleled. Give these people a thumbs up guys!

I noticed that if you post links with filename, thats when the problem happens. If you only post the link without the filename it works 100% of the time

guys can you tell me after how much DMCA removed files will be my fileserve account be banned ??
Due to the increasing rise of Premium cookies that are being snatched, we implore you to tighten your security by changing your password every few days or the most, every week.
If your account gets abused it is not the duty of FileServe to wipe up your shit, help you back on the horse and repay you for lost money or an account getting disabled in worst case scenario.
Please do not insert your details where it doesn't belong OR download material with a setup.exe file.

@ marynarz: There's a limitation to how much bullcrap people expect you to wipe from the floor, when it wasn't caused by you. It's like people (purposely or not on purpose) take a dump on your floor and expect YOU to clean it up for them. Enough is enough when it comes to hacked/hijacked accounts.
I've seen one too many people have their fingers on cookie code. We will implement a way, whether it works for some or others; that's the way we're going. For now if people lose their shit, too bad. Don't download trojans/keyloggers sent to your email or programs promising to boost your earnings by 10-fold.
I will not be helping out hacked users on here. They can contact support and wait in line.

Ricky, instead of shutting out hacked users altogether, just make it a rule that you will recover an user's account once and if it happens again, then he/she should contact support and wait in line. First timers always deserve the second chance you know
