Ya it does but it's being upgraded so it's not being given to people. Some people have the existing one that still works. I don't have it though. I'll try and get a copy.

I think I am going to go ahead and start submitting to you guys. It looks like I am banned and according to your thread I have to:

I don't see an unban request button anywhere?

I also tried registering for the Webmaster login stuff however it says " Onlywarez.org is already Registered" ? I don't have the login info

Ya that's half finished. If you delete your downloads it records it but I have to manually add the points to your account. I'll finish it soon and make an announcement on that. Both these are processed. You can submit as normal now and you can login to the webmaster Area at any time to see rejected downloads or apply for re-rates etc.

Sure no problem. I've deleted them all.
As for the code you posted their is no submit code at all in what you've just posted. It's just some rules. If you want to PM me whatever else you have I'll take a look at it.

Well I was admin with Elio at the time. That's why it had a higher rating but it also has over 2000 submitted downloads.

I was banned because of rel=nofollow. On 12th Dec my old rating was restored and it said I have to wait 30 days for the next re-rate. Now today when I login it says you have to wait 23 days.

Can you please look into this. There is something wrong I guess mate.

If you are banned it resets your timer. Say your have to only 10 days left to wait. Then if your banned that counter is reset to zero so it goes back to 30 days for one star sites while it's 45 days for two star sites as punishment for being banned. The rating is restored but the timer is always reset to zero. It's intended that way to try and prevent people who are continually banned from reaching higher ranks.

If you think about it from a DDL site owners point of view it makes sense. I know it makes it more difficult for you and sorry for this so you'll have to be extra careful not to get banned.

I'm sure it is. If it isn't then it would help if you at least told me the site. All re-rates are done in less than 3 hours, usually less than 30 minutes. We're the fastest DDL site for whitelisting and re-rating sites including unban requests due to our automated system.
