Strange Behaviour of Moderation in vBulletin 3.8.6

Hello Friends,

I would not be asking this question but now i am just fed up with the moderation settings in vBulletin.

Two days ago it was just fine but today it is just giving me a headache. There is no option set anywhere to moderate new threads but i don't know why it is still putting every thread in the moderation queue.

Please post the solution if you have had this problem ever.

forum manager >> edit setting of forum >> there should be an option for moderation threads

If you installed any addon to prevent spam recently...disable it and then check

Did Already. All the plugin/hook system is disabled atm but all in vain.

Creat a new usergroup for scratch. eg call it Memberz. Don't copy any existing usergroup. Once you've it all set up see if they're posts are moderated.

The answer to this will help us identify the problem.

Created the new usergroup and posted some threads and they got posted fine.

Compare the settings of your old usergroup and new one...and try changing the settings

Also disable Akismet Spam Management as the op said

There is no Akismet Spam Management installed (if any). Compared the settings too but not solved yet.
