Let me explain, the server is located in Germany and the ISP is also from Germany.
But the IPs show UK as the address, because we have our own IP block from ripe, registered on our company name, hence the IP address will be shown as UK, but it is routed via the German datacenter.. Hope you understand now ..

Can i switch one of my VPSs to Netherlands? Are the connections there fast as well?
Oh Yeah, NL is very fast and stable as compared to ND.
and will all my files will be transferred too? for free?
Damn that sucks. I guess I'll just serve out the remaining days left on the Germany server and order a new one later on. As for my question previously, how are the reviews for the US node? ...and how does it compare to both Germany & Netherlands? Another thing, I am running a website which links to Hotfile, FileServe or FileSonic downloads ...basically warez linking ...is that allowed in the US node?

Well then you can go with Netherland node.
NL Node has better and stable network connectivity.

anyways Here's my 1 week short review about knowinserver's KS W300
Here's KS W300 specs.
Cookbook Type Ratings:
Uptime: 95% in 1 Week. 164.4Hours/168Hours (98%) Uptime Checked by Site-Uptime.
Speed: 100/100 you get what you pay for.
Connection to my PC: 100/100 Depends on your home connection. Mine's 5Mb/s and it works like it's my own computer with around 1.5ms delay
Connection to the Internet: 100mbit/s gives me 11.5Megabytes/s of Uploading Speed and 11.5Megabytes of Downloading Speed (Flat Rate Tested on constant Uploading).
Rar/Unrar. although I only have 1gb of Ram it unrars files same as my home computer (Amd Phenom 965 x4 @ 2.80Ghz Underclocked for minimal Temperature).
1gb File UnRar took me 58Secs. I forgot to took a screenshot but Here's a screenshot when I rar a 700mb File with 2 parts. took me 65Secs.
Support: 95%, Ofcourse the support over live support is not 24/7 Online but once you submit a ticket, the problem will be resolved as soon as they could possibly do.
Overall Performance:
9/10 - Price is not the Cheapest but you Absolutely won't get a Cheap Service.
