USA(Atlantic metro dc) Plans (on 1 gig port and you will have web panel and application for basic controls of your vps ):

19$ per month
Dedicated Ram: 256
Hdd: 50 gig
Bw: Unlimited (unmeterd, download and upload as much as you can)
OS: winserver 2003, xp. (+remote desktop)

can i test it?

USA(Atlantic metro dc) Dedicated Ram: 256

Guys I am online now, lozhny in yahoo, contact me for test.
 
I have used his services for 3 months and there is no problem with my VPS up till now.
The speed is great. Down speed about 15Mb/s while I always get about 1Mb/s each port when I open 10 ports for Upload on Fileserve, Filesonic, or Hotfile. Really impressive!
Seems that server is never down.
Rar time is a little bit slow. But Who can blame on the 1 Gb ram <3 Just rar file, go somewhere and when you turn back, .rar parts are ready for uploading :D


@Lozhny: I have just sent my new payment to renew my VPS. Please check. My VPs info is xxx.xxx.81.102
