u: 200-600Kbps [i want good speed for this host but after i test......the result is
Unsatisfactory]

d: slow for free user
u: i thinks 5-10 Mbps [i love this speed:)]

d: slow for free user
u: slow than 1Mbps

what happen with fileserve it is good speed for upload but why another host are very slow for 1Gbps port :(

According to your own Screen shot, you have received 6.65 total speed on cheap plan, can you explain how is it possible on a 100 Mbps port? dont you consider a shared 100mbps port will be for at least 10 users?
Also you had your free test before any payment ;)

Yes, thats the diffrnece between cheap and expensive plan, check the first post :)

result is good better than first.
