The "Transfer to Payment Account" function does not use the same time-zone as the time-zone on top of the page.

I requested 20 minutes ago when the clock on top of the page said 01.40, 03 October.
But the datestamp on the request pending is the 2nd.

Not that it matters much...
 
@ CyberAff: Probably not a bug. Probably because he made 7 dollars on that day and that's not updated for transfer date. It updates end of the day too.

@ tre2k3: Is that for remote?

@ Gerner2010: That's the cut off date..It's the earnings from the 2nd inclusive, so people don't start arguing their earnings from the 3rd was taken too :)
 
That's because we scrutinize people more with referrals. We have a new checking system to detect fraud coming up this week, so if you pass through that you should be fine to get your payment :)

My 'research' tells me that for some people it works in IE, for some people it works in FF.
Must be a fileserve.com cookie problem.

For me, it doesnt work in IE, but it works in FF.
 
Yes i read your post, you said that for some it works on IE, for others FF. So why not use something that doesn't give you any problems, i've heard dozens of people complaining about captcha issues, pages unavailable etc who use either IE or FF, but not many people using Chrome/Opera complain about anything.
 
Gerner is doing a great job in answering the questions. Should give him applauds for that as they're correct and precise.

Neither do I as it is not my department. If you have done something wrong and you've been disabled then that's your fault :)

Playing innocent here will not help as a disabled user is none of my biz nor my level of clearance to re-instate you. No one has ever been re-instated again, so if you plan to work with us, please do so legitimately.
 
I had only one account and I really don't know what happened. I believe that at least I deserve an answer. I mailed the support department but i never got any answer. I did remote uploaded my files to other hosts, but I don't think there is a rule against it.
