Give better support and not just close open tickets without explaining whats wrong to your customers.

Would still have been with them if their support weren't crappy.

Hope that you would do a better job now.
 
Here's a suggestion....How about you deal with servers which are offline from your paying customers FIRST! before you come on here asking for suggestions...SMH!
 
before thinking abt. any suggestions pls solve your servers problems because many webmasters are leaving your hosting because of that so first solve main probs than think abt. other...

I worked from 6am to 6am yesterday to get everything in order.
I had to send out a lot of mails about bills,reboots, etc... and you know it takes a bit of time before you get replies from datacenters so that's why I decided to do that first, without servers there are no clients and vice versa.
Today I decided to start with answering all support tickets so you can expect a reply within a couple of hours with a solution to your problem.
Clients can also expect a mass mail with more info and future plans.
Support will go through whmcs again and not through kayako so please if you had any tickets open on kayako just open a new one on whmcs at
http://www.wrzhost.com/billing

You got to give me a bit more time than a day to sort things out.
I thank everyone for the suggestions.
 
just don't hire support staff, who argue too much with the clients.
wrzhost has not all of it rep, infact many don't even know what happened few days ago. and don't forget "Customer is the King " :P

Tippie, is your billing system really working?

About 10minutes ago I have payed for invoice #15066 and it still shows that it is unpaid.
 
No one can be trusted these days, tippie can say that all stuff that Nick said Isn't true, and Nick can do the same. But one thing will show who is right, that thing is how will be WRZHost without Nick, and rest of those workers who got "fired" (as It's written on tippie's MSN in personal message how 3 workers got fired.)
