@ rocksterw: In order to deter mirrormakers and little leech downloaders, links have to be changed every now and then - I believe you have a timegap of approximately 45 sec. to get your file after you've loaded it in IDM.

I load files in one go, they all get listed, click download start and they all go boom boom boom.

I even tried on a server which I was getting a file @ a relatively slow speed. IDM said I had no resume function on it. I closed my laptop, got into work 30 min. later and the file resumed just perfectly (to my amazement :))

What do you mean you have a timegap of approx 45 secs to get your file? What if I queue up 100 files and download one-by-one? The problem is that FS keeps on changing the download link leading to broken connections and to be honest, it's growing tiring to wake up in the morning and see that only a small fracture of my queue has been downloaded because of FS' broken connections. =/ (I download heavily at night)

@ CyberMind: The direct link - But it updates itself in IDM. The direct link changes every ~45 seconds.

We don't change download links when the file has started and the link is established.

The direct link changing every 45 seconds might be the reason for the known 0KBps problem =/

EDIT: This thread seriously needs to be stickied. lol.

The 0KBps is when too many connections hit the server at the same time, it then freaks out and sends 0KBps to you and others while it keeps it alive for the lucky ones.

Have you tried to set limit for download speed for testing purposes?

@ all: Some files have been moved from 118 and 154 :) We are still in the progress of fixing servers. There may have been a cock up - Please stand by.

E.g. Jueki's FileServe Manager program was moved from Server118 to Server43 :)

The problem that CyberMind mentioned happens to me as well and a lot.
One file went 0kbps like 5 times and i had to resume and resume over and over.
I also leave my laptop during at night for downloads and i get same issue as Cybermind mentioned, some files have stuck at 0kbps and some completed.
And yes i use idm,i wonder if this happens to a lot of people.

When will the problem with returning back to root be solved?

Like whenever we copy/move/rename a file or create a folder, it goes back to the root of the storage, instead of staying where we were....

Sounds more like back before we had the fix.

I had just received recent reports from some of our top affiliates that their users have been quite happy over the last few days of downloading from us.

Also..Maybe I'm not getting as fast as you guys, but I rarely bump into 0KBps downloads anymore. And I do test extensively.

@ Bloodsucker: When new file manager comes out. Will be a little while. Partial fix for account security will be ready soon.

@ all: Minimum queues on remote and FTP :) Should be pretty instant getting your files into your managers

My earnings have been skyrocketing recently:)

$100 last week and this week I am already on $80.

Looks like FS is becoming more popular :)

Ricky, is it possible for the DMCA section to really show when the files are removed instead of the uploaded date? I got confused when the files that are just removed are put at the top or at the middle of the list, it is really hard to see especially if one has a long list of removed files.

Legal advised us to keep it as it should be. It is just an extra feature. Instead we will be sending out emails per day - or get it fixed so you know when the files have been removed.

@ rey2k5: right now it would be a little lower on our list. We do have this in our to-do list. Since it doesn't make us any money (yes, we're not 100% a charity ;)) we need to prioritize certain things first. Hope you understand ;D

@ Bloodsucker: It isn't slow. Just a lot more people are using it during these times, so it'll get to your remote a little later.
