Flash - Well its Nice and looks like a Skin Superb Work 8/10
Dan Crew - SUCKS. Anybody please Delete PS from his PC. -99/10
so19 - Well looks good but doesnt looks like a skin maybe a tissue paper. 6/10
narutoroot - Hmm Good but color scheme sucks. 6/10
DeLeTeD - WTF. 00
Nitish - Only the Header is Nice else sucks 7/10
XAKEP - Complete it first <_<
Storming - WoW gr8 Classic type Skin 8/10

Please don't discourage anyone who is new and tried to make something, i only did it because i started GFX as a hobby a month ago and i wanted to share, i never expected to be the winner just wanted to show my work and any moderator please remove my entry cos i don't want any body to be discourage any new comers if they started out, i know mine might be 1 on a scale of 10 but i tried, so any mod please remove mine from the first post..
