I need to find a VPS to use torrentflux and sometimes rapidleech (personal use only).

Space at least 10GB, BW unmetered. It should be offshore and allowed to use rapidleech as well as torrentflux (with RAR/UNRAR function).

You could easily get a VPS with the above spec, but I doubt you will ever get a unmetered 100Mbps one.
