I have a pending payment from the 12th, and I want to request another one; it seems the cron job has stopped working. I’ve opened a ticket, though I’m not sure if it will work on the platform.

You just wait for the next payment cycle the payment will get requested automatically, you cannot request....

Kindly asking some users to be patient, this week we had to process over 4k payments and we're limited to 200 a day. There is 16 payments to be processed that will be done tomorrow.

The TRX-USDT network has no 200-transaction daily limit.
Using a "gas-free" wallet, the fee drops to $1.50, down from the current $7–$8.

If the goal is to convert funds, you can send the bulk of the payment amount to a "gas-free" TRX wallet and then distribute it from there, without any daily limits.

Furthermore, the Bitcoin and Litecoin networks also have no such limits.

The feature designed to force viewers to disable ad blockers isn't working; it only displays a warning message, while viewers can still continue watching the video with ads blocked. Essentially, both you and I are working without getting paid.

My account, as of today, is 3000 views better than last month, generated from almost identical tiers but my revenue is 33.33% lower. How is this possible? Did you guys change the view-earning ratio? This is a very huge drop.

New, old? Or in the inactive section?

I have a fair few in the inactive files section. I go through them and make sure to double check every one before I post them to make sure they work.
What does it matter whether they are marked as inactive or not?
Files in my account do not expire.

I have thousands of videos; I’m not going to check them one by one—that would be ridiculous and absurd.

Some of the videos affected by this issue were uploaded in the last month or two, while others have been there for years.

If they experienced a loss of videos or data on their servers, I’d prefer they just wipe everything clean, and I can re-upload my content—much like what has happened in the past when data was lost.

Many of our videos are also showing error code 232001; it appears there is a network issue on the server side. We are waiting for BYSE to fix it. @Byse

I can't upload video via API. Couple days ago it worked well but since yesterday everything does not work. Would you please have a look!!!
