ah lot of Posts, Let me mention this again, I've already explained that we don't operate on weekends. I believe everyone has a personal life and deserves some time away from work. No one can realistically be available 24/7.

Secondly, do you honestly think we should pay for bot traffic? Some users abuse the PPD system by sending fake traffic, proxy traffic, and automated bot traffic just to earn money. In many cases, we initially process their payments because we need time to verify the quality of their traffic. Once we've completed our investigation and confirmed abuse, we disable PPD on those accounts.

Like any platform, there are both good and bad users. We have no issues paying publishers who send valid, genuine traffic and use FileQ as intended. The payment issues only arise when an account is found to be abusing the system.

If those users allow me, I'm happy to share the evidence publicly. For example, we've seen accounts generating thousands of downloads from 2 MB files, with nearly all downloads coming from proxy IP addresses. That's clearly not legitimate traffic.

Every business needs proper fraud detection and traffic verification. We're continuously working to improve FileQ by identifying and removing abusive users so we can focus on supporting legitimate publishers who bring real value to the platform.

I also know that some individuals are operating multiple accounts, and instead of resolving issues through support, they're attempting to blackmail us by posting negative reviews. Unfortunately, that's something every platform has to deal with, but it won't change our commitment to protecting the integrity of the FileQ ecosystem.

It's been exactly a week since I requested my withdrawal.
And I still haven't been paid... When will I get paid?

Can anyone tell me if this site is still paying?

Bro, when was the last time you checked your email? I've sent you several emails, but I haven't heard back from you. Please check your inbox when you have a moment.

I think if they actually sent an email, they'd notice it's in temporary.

I don't think it takes much brainpower to figure that out.

Here is my conversation with FILEQ support.

As you can see in my screenshots, I set a 3-day deadline for them to verify my audience and commit to meeting the established 24–48 hour payment turnaround.

Nobody works for free. We shouldn't just ask—we should demand!

I recommend that EVERYONE facing the same issue share their screenshots in this thread from now on, so that anyone new knows exactly what to expect when withdrawing their earnings.

Because, as I pointed out in my screenshots, my account earns peanuts, yet they’re still holding back my payment... it’s ridiculous any way you look at it.

There is no way for us to track whether an email was delivered to your inbox, spam folder, or any other folder.
I don't know about you.

But when I send an email via Gmail or Yahoo... the system itself bounces the email back, warning me that the email address doesn't exist.

I don't know what kind of email you think I used to sign up. 😒

yes i understand your point, I hope you also understand our perspective. We're here to do business, and we have significant operating expenses, including servers, development, infrastructure, and support.

Rather than paying accounts with traffic that we cannot verify as valid, we believe it's better to invest those resources into improving our infrastructure and platform. This allows us to provide better performance, higher reliability, and long-term growth for our legitimate publishers.

Our PPD program and payment policies are clearly outlined in our Terms of Service, including our right to verify traffic and suspend or reject payouts for invalid or unverifiable activity. These policies exist to protect both the platform and our honest publishers.

Update on my conversation with tech support!

They used the same jargon as other PPD sites that are now scams.

And for those who have also used them, ad-supported link shortening sites also use the same jargon to justify blocking payments.

Because verifying the audience's origin once a month or every three months is one thing... But verifying it with every withdrawal request isn't a healthy practice.

It's a strategy... they choose who to pay and who not to... according to their own convenience.

A site PPD like this isn't healthy and is more than doomed to fail.

If what you say is true... and their intention is to provide a quality service...

Then why am I forced to use a VPN every time I have to upload my files?!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that using my IP address for file uploads is impossible... it literally freezes during the upload.

How can something so basic not be covered by their "high-quality investment system"???

Mediocre PPD sites have that covered by default. And look, the rest still doesn't work today... I know... I still use some of these sites.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME!?

Yes, you are right, These days, ad revenue has dropped significantly, while server costs have increased substantially. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate every user, and we have to make decisions that keep the platform sustainable for everyone.

Regarding the VPN issue, we don't have any firewall, filter, or security rule that blocks or throttles uploads from VPN connections. If uploads are freezing while you're using a VPN, it's not something we've configured on our end. We'd be happy to investigate further if you can provide more details, such as the VPN provider, server location, and any error messages you're seeing.

We've already received the details you shared and are currently reviewing your traffic. If everything checks out and the traffic is verified as legitimate, we'll clear your payment and update you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.

You're the only user who has reported this VPN-related upload issue, and we're more than happy to investigate it.

I'm also using a VPN from my side, and uploads are working perfectly fine for me.

If you could share a few more details—such as your VPN provider, server location, and the exact behavior you're experiencing—it would help us reproduce the issue and identify the root cause.

Also, please make sure that using a VPN is legal in your country, as some countries restrict or block VPN traffic, which could affect your connection.

BUT I activate the VPN and then it starts loading!... VERY SLOW, but at least it loads.

So, exactly where do they invest the money they make at our expense???

Because something as basic as fast file loading... it doesn't load with my IP, but it does with a VPN... How ironic.

BUT WAIT!... I've been using their site for 3 months now... here's the proof!

The only one who DOESN'T use Zoom... because if I uploaded files, it was with a VPN... otherwise, I couldn't.

But the above is more of a criticism.

ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME OR NOT!!!

Again, if you're experiencing an issue, please report it to us. We're here to help and investigate any problems you encounter.

However, if we're only going back and forth with arguments, we won't reach a solution.

If you're saying that you can't use fileQ for free, then you expect us to pay for traffic that isn't legitimate. We have to protect the platform from abuse and ensure that only valid traffic is rewarded

Regarding your VPN issue, if you can share your IP, location, and any other relevant details, we'll be happy to investigate it. Thank you.

Gracias.
The location is private and not shared.

Although I think they should have it by now.

It feels like there's some kind of show going on here ;p I think there's a misunderstanding about how FileQ works. FileQ is a file hosting service, not an ad network that pays for views or clicks.

We only pay for successful 100% completed downloads. The payout rate depends on several factors, including the visitor's GEO, file size, and traffic quality.

From what I can see, you're sharing your FileQ link in a general discussion forum, not in a thread related to downloads, file sharing, or the content of your file. The thread itself isn't about downloading files.
