For the past two days my downloads haven’t been counted. What could be the reason? Also, I’m not receiving any emails from your system at all, and the security lock isn’t being removed. Even when I click forgot password no notification is sent to my email address.

I don't think usernames should be hidden by default.

Users need to know who uploaded the file so they can verify it's from the original provider.

A better option would be to let file owners choose whether to hide their username or keep it visible.
 
Due to increasing abuse of our storage policy, we've noticed that many users are creating multiple fake accounts using various methods to take advantage of our free storage.

To address this issue, we have reduced the free storage allocation from 500 GB to 50 GB.
