I already got it working, I've been using it for over 4 months! And today I encountered this problem, without any changes on my part.
I tested and confirmed that if I play the video in its player and make the API call, the direct link is returned. However, if I don't play it and just try to get the link via the API, it gives an error.

Nice to hear you have delusions. It's funny that for 600 other people everything works perfectly fine, only you the biggest of them all with 50 views a day have problems.

Tested on the 2 most used internet providers in Brazil (Claro, Vivo)
Only on the /e/ page, The download page loads normally..
The domain appears to be blocked.

Domain Updated, will take about 30 minutes for cache to be cleared.
Does that have anything to do with why the /e/ embeds aren't working, but the video loads if I access the standard /d/ URL?

The domain problem has been resolved, now the error occurs when trying to play: This video file cannot be played (Error Code: 232011)
unfortunetly this is something we cannot fix. It's not domain anymore it's the ip addresses and we can't change them.
Nothing to check really, due to national holidays in cyprus our exchanger service is not working, he will process all payments at monday.
Does this mean that videos showing that error can't be fixed?
How is this possible?

You've increased traffic and you ask how is that possible we count more when traffic is higher?
Honestly i won't cuz i dont give a f... Fact is your last upload bulk is between 11-15 th of april were you uploaded 173 files. Since 1st of may you provide more traffic so we count more. Im really tired of your bullshit so please kindly take your shit and go somewhere else.

If it's an unofficial thread, it would mean it has nothing to do with the owners. Think about it: no company owner is that arrogant and sends their users to the competition so quickly and easily, much less insults their users so much.
Have you noticed that they never know anything and have never solved a problem?
I think they're just a useless person who comes here for fun. They resolve every complaint by telling me to go somewhere else.
