Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

Clear your browser's browsing data and try again.
Here I use a browser exclusively for byse.sx, before everything worked perfectly in filemoon, since all this change I had to do this to avoid risks and identify errors.

You need to delete the broken file first.

I just tried deleting a video from my account that doesn't work on the site and re-uploading it and again the video doesn't work.

Here are 2 pictures to see what happens before and after pressing the play button.

Byse Update 1.02.5


  • Implemented automatic cache updates. Every upload via FTP, web, or remote now triggers an immediate cache refresh, so files are visible instantly.
  • Fixed video manager search so it now queries all files instead of only the currently rendered page.
  • Added sorting to the video manager. Files can now be sorted by name or date. The selected sorting is remembered and automatically applied to exports.
  • Fixed an issue with incorrectly generated playback URLs when the system detected cached 0-quality files, which caused errors 232011 / 232001 / 232006.
  • Improved session handling so existing sessions are reused instead of generating a new session token on each login.
  • Implemented automatic custom domain verification. The panel now checks whether a domain is blacklisted by ad blockers or antivirus software.
  • Added a cache-busting system for platform releases to ensure all updates automatically reload browser resources.
  • Implemented automatic video integrity checks. The platform now detects missing files on disk and marks them as broken in the panel.
  • Added CSV export in two modes: export all files or export files within a selected date range.

UI Changes:


  • Updated the video manager so all child items within a folder are expanded by default, with the option to collapse them at any time.
  • Adjusted the folder view to display only first-level children to reduce visual clutter.
  • Added a menu toggle option to save horizontal space when needed.
  • Improved video manager layout for smaller screens, ensuring compatibility with older devices (e.g. < 1600px width).
  • Active sessions now deduplicate entries from the same device and reuse sessions in the Security page view.


Important Notice


Disabling Filemoon domains has been postponed until overall Byse platform stability is fully resolved. This decision is directly related to recent platform issues. Switching embeds from Filemoon to Byse is still strongly recommended, as payments will not be issued to users who have not completed the migration.

As always, please send us any issues or suggestions you may have.
Update 1.02.6 is planned for the upcoming weekend.

This isn't working yet, on the contrary, it's gotten even slower.
I hope it's just for today.

What do you mean? I've done 11 tests just now and all works fine with it. So please kindly elaborate what do you mean.
 
My account was shown as banned today, and the API is also unusable, but I haven't received any related notification emails. I don't know the reason for the ban. Please inform me of the reason and how to unban it. My username is quakerv.
