Fake views? i have been using filemoon for some time, if you just have checked my website, i have more than 15 withdraws on your dashboard? how you can say its fake views

Because you received money in the past it doesn't mean we find your account legit, we continue to pay if we are not 100% sure about traffic legitimacy in your case we are 100% sure.
 
If you need i can send google analytics, cloudflare analytics? just ask friend, i told you when i registered at filemoon i have more than 90k files on netu, and i am transfering them, takes time cause i am transfering subs also, and views grow everyday on filemoon dashboard prob because of that, its not okay to just say "you have fake views" if you are not sure, and now i need to wait another monday to withdraw, just wondering "why you said i got fake views" how do you got tot aht point

if you are from US or some country which i blocke, and cannot open my website its because i have blocked some countries, i can unblock it temporary if you need to see it, whatever you need i can provide to prove i am now faking any views

We don’t need your Google or Cloudflare analytics. We verified the traffic on our side, and here is just a small sample of what we found:


  1. Nearly 45% of your traffic shows the exact same click position “501 253” and the same screen resolution “1000 500.”
  2. A large portion of the traffic runs under SwiftShader, with no GPU and only 2 logical CPU cores.
  3. Device fingerprinting returns the same result for most of the views we detected.

Based on this data, the conclusion is clear.

I dont know what people are doing on my site, i have same users views today like any other day, some people are prob trying to shut me down, i know that cause of attacks and god know what they are else trying to do on my site, i but i swear i never faked any views on the videos or the website, i am doing everything and trying to block bots for my site completely. i have this site for more than 10 years, and i used netu before filemoon until i switched to you

Could it be someone is trying to embed my videos improperly on their site? can i add my domain only on the dashboard? to allow embeds, will that fix it

I’ve heard similar denials before. That reaction is common when accounts are caught with anomalous traffic.
I’m not going to argue about whether you or someone else generated the traffic. I will, however, propose a clear resolution.


Proposal:


  1. We will not ban your account or delete your files.
  2. We will remove all revenue generated by views identified as fraudulent.
  3. If this creates a negative balance on your account you will not receive payouts until legitimate earnings cover that negative balance and any amounts already paid out that are attributable to the fraudulent views.
  4. If you believe our findings are false, we are open to arbitration by WJ staff members. For security reasons, detection-system logs will not be shared with anyone else.

This is our path to resolving the issue without immediate account termination. Tell us if you accept these terms.
 
i do accept, but i do not fake any views, i know i am right, i will add on the dashboard only my domain for allowing embeds, i will also add countries to the "Banned Countries" section, if you can provide me name of the countries which you think those views are? like i said i am hosting this site only for balkan people, mostly traffic is bosnia, croatia, serbia, macedonia

All those views came from your website referer and countries like Serbia,Bosnia,Croatia there is more but i'm not into listing all of them.

i am trying to block, bots and similar traffic and people from doing shady stuff on my site, doing what i know, i do accept your terms, but i promise i did not do anything to fake anything, i have this site for so many years, believe me or not, thats the truth.

Most people here (balkan countries) uses their old laptop to watch movies online, could that be issue, i dont know what else to think now, just looking all options what can i do, i blocked all possible bots and most countries long time ago, on the cloudflare, i cannot block people because they have low end pc or laptop, can you give me any advice

We’ve corrected your balance. Instead of showing as negative, it has been reset to 0. We also applied filters to your account, so those views will no longer be counted as paid.

As for the rest of your message, even on a lower-end laptop it’s not possible for the CPU to render video with only 2 logical cores while using SwiftShader for GPU emulation.

i dont know how that works, just checking all options i got and solutions, if you can filter those views great, i dont want them if they are coming from bots, i dont want any problems with you, i want to keep using you as main player, since i am still in progress of transfering files, i dont want to get my account banned for something i didnt do, i just want you to belive me, the earnins are 15-25 per day, it will grow in time cause i have a lot of files to transfer

I blocked all user agents which contains "(SwiftShader|HeadlessChrome|PhantomJS|Puppeteer|selenium)" based on my research what are those swiftshater headles etc, on my end, if you got any other advice for me what else can i do

If you have any advice how can i filter and block that traffic i am happy to do it (i alredy did what i know with my knowledge), if you can filter traffic on your end great, i am more than happy, i am working hard to transfer all those videos to filemoon

@FileMoon I investigated some users the ones i got in touch with, and they are on windows 7, windows 8, with brave browsers/chrome and they show as "(Google, Vulkan 1.3.0 (SwiftShader Device (Subzero) (0x0000C0DE)), SwiftShader driver)" , but they are legitimate users, https://prnt.sc/sj74VhzhLYZT i got ss of sys info if you need it in pm, what do i do i cannot block them if they are valid users not bots

You said Filemoon accepts adult content, but recently, many of my friends have been blocked by you. My account was also blocked last night. There was no notification as to why the account was blocked. I'm not sure about your long-term policy; the best course of action for now is to not use Filemoon.

Yes we accept adult legal content, not a child porn. We don't support child pornography and all accounts containing such type of content will be always banned permanently.
