Broken File needs re-upload.

I re-uploaded and the same error in these 2 videos.
I can play them correctly on PC.

It doesn't work.
Although the files fail in other places when converting, although I play them fine with VLC.
Maybe the MP4 has the wrong index or something. But I don't know how to fix it without doing a complete conversion.
upload it somewhere else like gofile.io and pm the link, ill download re-encode it and send it back to you
