Today i got a new issue,
all the videos I upload "conversion stage: internal problem"
Can you fix this please?

I don’t see any videos in queue with an error or conversion problem. Can you try again. The only time there should be an error is if your video has a codec problem or something like that.

hey what happened admin I started again with you on January 16 and the little used to test had 0.6 dollars and now checking again I have 0.036 and I don't see the tier5 that I suppose is 5 dollars, I ask because my views come from Chile (CL ) and I don't know if they pay it now because they don't see another tier... could you check my account please... my user is lycan_forever

Your balance is now restored. We had an issue and lost some data but we restored it for all users that pmed us. Also CL is in the lowest tier, you’re right.

I want to move a video to a folder, I click on "Move To Folder" the popup opens but the textarea comes out empty where all the folders I've created should go, so if I can't point it out it's impossible to move the file.

Is it better understood now?
