Hello Kai, my RDP has been down for almost a week now. And i already send a Ticket, but no one has been response my ticket. Rather than response, my ticket just got automatically closed without answer.

Already send new one, maybe your staff will notice it if i made a new ticket.

I have the same problem
 
I don't know what happened to them. My previous ticket just got closed again and my problem didn't solve.
I need an answer, is this service done or anything else?
 
Wait, what? Even my newest Ticket got auto closed without response?
What happened to CP? Did Kai Got Covid so he can't manage this service again?
Meanwhile, i already gett my bill on, but the rdp still not functional

Apologies for the latest delay in the replies and support.

This happened due to my hospitalization and was unable to perform the support work.


We have some announcements to make.
1) 33 % referral income.

For each service you refer, you will be awarded 33 % of the invoice amount. and this will continue as long as your referral renews the service.

So when your referral renews for the 3rd month you will get effectively a free month of the service your referral hired (Or the equivalent amount, you can use to purchase any service.)

If you need any help or TIPS for referrals, open a ticket and let us know.

2) We are activating a new support system.

We now have a support guarantee system now.

Your tickets will be replied (hopefully resolved) within 2 hours or else you will be compensated with 2 % for every 1-hour delay. Subject to a max of 80% of the invoice amount.

This is not applicable from 20:00 hrs UTC (8 PM) to 02:00 hrs UTC (2 AM). So if your ticket is opened at 8 PM UTC, your 2 hours will start from 2 AM only.

3) PROMO

We are adding a PROMO on all our servers.

Details of the same will be shared with you shortly.
