Unfortunately no due to Google constant updates and limitations which needs constant updates from our side. Please accept my apology.
I support the opinion about adding the option to choose whether the video is to be converted. This would be one of the best features. Many people upload already converted video (own conversion or import from other hostings). Double convert degrades quality, and consumes gounlimited resources.
