Hi Mate u doing grate job, quick question what happened to clone upload?
Clone upload is bugged. It damages original files So we disabled it untill we fix.
Regarding your question with tier answer is no. What do you mean with premium? Premium account or Premium Player? First one is for viewers second one for Webmasters. Both are paid.

I've just checked the logs, servers was online all the time. I think it was global routing outage at DDoS-Guard (Our protection).
