Yes it works, I said that in the original post. Zoom wasn't working but I was able to use the site to upload. I think you need some sleep. Your brain is turning to mush from working so hard.

Go get some sleep, fighting fatigue as well as trying to diagnose problems isn't very productive. Fresh eyes might give you some perspective that you missed while you are tired.

I am having trouble changing the thumbnail on my videos.
There were issues with the direct file upload, but I was able to upload videos using FTP successfully. But if I use FTP, I obviously can not upload a thumbnail with the video, so I must change it later. But anytime I try to change the thumbnail, either by uploading my own thumbnail or by selecting a timestamp, I see an error message. Could you please fix?

We can delay all tasks except payments, they’re priority and must be processed within 24 hours always no matter if WW3 is ongoing. People have invoices to clear and debits to clear and some are living on their online income so if their payment is delayed there will be consequences.
