Yes, there is small bug. But it's not affecting your normal views nor your income as you can see.
We think this is related to the clicks on the dead videos (due to cache). It should be resolved within the next few days.

Hmm. I guess some countries did that in intention to reduce the load on the internet but I can't blame them. Some European countries did it officially.I can't test, my net is slow because of the weekend + quarantine
