Even if they provide your precious "invoice number" I'm 110% sure you will make a excuse or one of the following:

1. Deny it
2. delete the order and say you was not a client
3. Say the person broke your "tos" which is updated to suit you in scamming.
4. Make out that the person was happy and is just going against you.
