You should have the option to clone video or something like that, or allow copying remotely from another digiload embed link, since I want to copy a video that is already in digiload, but I can't.

News:

- In the last update of our encoding system a bug was found, there is a list of files that are in queue [waiting] and they should be encoded in the next minutes / hours the vast majority of these are [mp4] so they have their embed code already generated, and they can be played without any issue, buffering or similar.

- The bug has already been fixed and will not affect new uploaded videos, they will automatically start to encoding, as said previously files with [waiting] status should start to encode in the next few hours.

Again, this will not affect any new uploaded files as they will start their encoding process automatically.

Update:

Our France Server is under High DDOS & our CDN Engineers are removing this server from the routing and working to get our service back in the next 30 or so minutes.

Can the membership plan add Bitcoin payment methods?
How are custom plans billed?
Do you have thermal connection protection?

It's been 2 days since I created a support ticket on your website,

Without any answer,

Are the support options on the site actually ineffective?

Currently the Payment Platform just work with cards and it is 100% safe to use, Bitcoin should be added in the future.
- Custom Plans are billed as all our Plans Monthly and per TB use.
- Support might take up to 24 - 72hrs to answer, worst case scenarios, if you look for an answer ASAP write us on the forum, like now.
- If you are afraid your files might be lost at any point the answer is [no need to worry they are kept on our servers and a copy of them in cold storage, [including a backup server] so no file is expected to be lost.

- Login is working without any issues [tested]


Update: The attack has been mitigated and we have included some fixes, File Upload is now enabled.

Hi werilles,

Yes at the moment the max quality is 720p, we use h265 encoding and keep the bitrate in line so there is little difference we could say.

Still in the future we might add more qualities; Original files are kept in a cold storage so if more qualities are added in the future 1 click and you will be able to re-encode your video without the need of re-uploading it or similar.

- No, custom domain is only allowed in the custom plans.

How do I make a personalized plan? I click on "contact us" and it doesn't work

yes we are currently working and will be delivering some nice features in due time.
We want to avoid giving our users a bad experience so we are testing and checking for all possible bugs that might appear.
