Friend gounlimited.to, do you plan to fix your server one day? Because it is disastrous and is useless, throw it in the trash does not serve to upload files and does not convert them.

No worries my friend. Just let me know what is the exact problem you’re facing and I would more than happy to assist you.
If it’s encoding queue we can move your files into another servers so they can gets encoded faster, and if it’s low upload speed I can also disable the overloaded servers for you, so you just need to provide me with additional details and we will take the necessary immediately.

Could you please tell me what's the rule for counting views?

After the breakdown incident, the ratio of started / viewed of my videos is at best 20% sometimes not even 5% and the videos are buffering indefinitly, here is an exemple:

It's also almost impossible to connect to FTP: Always get the error of Users limit reached.
Web Uploading never works and zoom uploader also even after trying multiple times.

You're the only one literally from the team responding to this thread if you have a team kindly let them respond to this thread too so you do not have to do things alone. After all, an ETA or a sort of way for us knowing on what you are working on and how long it takes for an e-mail and or response to a PM.

I certainly 100% understand you seem to be busy and I respect that but most people do also expect that you are not working alone so that means that they don't have to rely on you specifically.

People of your service need your support in order to let traffic float to their website as mostly people are willing to use your service as a main player on their website or simply need your host in order to complete their website and move on on other things, I am pretty sure you understand this part as you have been doing it for 10+ years...

For example: I am currently waiting for an (possible) approval on a trusted member application, for the past week or 2 all my files have expired due to not having the trusted application because I'm willing to put your player on my website but if I don't have an approval files the files get expired quickly. And you may argue with: "That's already a sign that you do not have alot of traffic" well then I was possibility waiting for an approval because if I don't get approved then I don't know how to use this service if the files get expired after some time.

I'm glad to know that my message prevents a user's ban.
And while you are here, you will not be banning users to avoid having more annoying in this forum.

If any user followed your behavior, he will face the same suspension you faced. There is no exceptions with liars. :)

Please note that I respectfully decline giving my username for various reasons.

I just want to know when the issue with views and videos not poperly working will be solved for everyone and not just me.

And please tell me what's the rule for started / viewed. How a view is counted?

20% of our servers are overloaded, and the other 80% is fine. So I can’t identify your issue and take the necessary unless you share the requested details, or otherwise the industry is full of other hosts which can fit your needs.
