Rather new to gounlimited, Joined not a long time before the recent issues, took a break from running sites after the verystream/openload death, so only recently returned. But I must say the service, email responses and handling of the recent issue certainly exceeded my expectations, and the service is WAY beyond what any other offers. Especially as I was fairly new to the platform, every email was responded within a day.

Keep up the great work, do not listen to the haters and focus on what matters most, enjoying each day and running an amazing business!

As I said previously to you, two times; your compensation balance is accurate but we can add you additional amount once your compensation balance becomes zero as courtesy. I hope that I don’t have to repeat the same answer again and again because each repeated question takes a time that can be invested to reply emails which include unique questions.

Your account had a problem uploading yesterday as you reported, if you mean those videos then yes. Otherwise there no issues.

No, I mean recent uploads. I'm uploading videos right now and getting black screens. And some yesterday uploads are unplayable, others in conversion stage without number.

Files uploaded 2020-02-22 (2 days ago!) just starts encoding!
Seems like the file went into the wrong server. Most servers queue is currently 200- and being reduced gradually.
Kindly send me the concerned files through a PM so I move them into the proper destination.
