I guess it would only make sense with advertising, since they already have a high loss and costs.
But you're right, because I don't know what exactly was planned, I should have left it out, I just couldn't imagine it otherwise :)

There will be ads, but also there will be a message to reduce the visitors frustration. We will ask webmasters to re-upload important content first so they can make sure their most visited pages are working properly, and will compensate them $1 for each video they delete and re-upload which means $1,000 per each 1,000 videos. That’s all while we’re working to recover previous data.

Additional servers with the new security update will be added today within 6 hours maximum in order to improve the upload speed.

I am investing more than $100,000 in one day in order to get things right ASAP, and 60% of this $100k gone for no reason because of the hack that toke more than $62k yesterday. But it’s not about money for me but I will never leave the ones who trusted me abandoned, even if I work for free for 6-9 months ahead.

ill have to wait until its all resolved, it would take me weeks possibly months to reupload all my content again and all the current links on link sites will be void if i delete and reupload.

hopefully it can get back working soon

You will also keep earning like nothing different during this process. I am implementing the logic while we’re talking.

since I upload earlier and it seems the videos not yet playable

If you’re uploading videos that previously uploaded into your account it will not work. You need to delete old copies if you want to upload the same video again.
If you uploaded any new video it should work fine without any issues.

It is a difficult task. Is there any other option? Although it is possible to upload it again, it is impossible to estimate the time it will take to re-post the video. We can wait. I urge you to do all you can to restore this video.

If you re-upload your content again, you will save us sometime as well, which is why I am offering $1 for each upload for users who can re-upload their videos. Keep in mind that one video in 90% don't gain $1 in total even in best cases, so this is a very big deal I am offering for re-uploading. I need to reduce the number of files we need to recover so the time and efforts become less. We haven't sleep since yesterday so we're ready to pay any partner extras to reduce the level of the loss for both sides.
 
Hi i think ovh suspend all your server cause of dmca and blocked your account
because if you will recovery all files there is no need to ask users to upload it again smart users will know this

lets give gounlimited the benefit of the doubt first before making assumptions.

The status of the servers is Hacked, yes. We will need to update all servers until we can ask them to enable them back again because this is OVH terms when a server is hacked, smart webmasters knows that, and you can also Google it and find some OVH forums to know what happen in case your server is hacked.
That's besides that OVH will not provide you with anymore servers if you're suspended, but I ordered more today so smart users should know that we're hacked.

sorry i don't really understand about the matter we're dealing with, and i need to make sure what i need to do about this. so you're suggesting that we users reupload our videos and get compensation $1 per video? are all the video that we upload before the matter already a lost or you can recover it? because i don't have backup of all my videos that already uploaded on gounlimited.

For those who don't have backup, we're dedicating our efforts for them to recover the data, that's why I want the ones with backup to re-upload their files so they reduce the efforts we need to spend and also they get their high price deal.

In this case I guess we’re not going to recover your account data because of such negative energy at the morning. We’re not rally in the mood of getting such energy.
We had the same situation in 2018 which toke our website offline for 3 days but thank god this time we were able to enable upload at least and recover the data while we’re online.

I am increasing the deal now, because I know how hard it is for you guys, but I am trying to reduce the loss on both sides so I am going to increase the deal of re-upload into 3 months earnings + $1 for each video + Double Rates.

Make sure to delete old videos before uploding new ones so we don’t waste our time recovering data that is already available.
