HelloHi,
I have paid for a new RDP and its been more than 12 hours and I have not got a reply. I have even raised a ticket regarding the same and I am yet to receive a reply.

Yesterday was my off day and the other staff didnt login due to some personal issues. Have processed all orders now and issued extra days too for the inconvience.
