As I go through every thread it's people having common problems as usual with server errors, buffering, or delayed payment for a few days. Since google implemented their *better for ads compliance* everything has followed up to be a disaster. These file host owners honestly can't fund their servers with low rates from pop up / pop under networks. Also, what happened to the gounlimited.to thread it has been locked?!?

Thats the issue, that many users didnt listened to the general issue with the popup networks. Banners compared to Pops, it gains 4x more impressions as 1 popup, so 66% of popups are blocked.

Its why the PPV is not possible on long term.

Push notifications? I never allow those, they take over your machine with crap. About as useless as popups and popunders and redirects, which I and most others kill without ever looking at. If they even get past the blockers. I can't believe Google adsense is the only option for on topic banner and text ads. Why would no other company enter that space and fill the gap?

But what will you do, if Google suddenly becomes very seriously and blocks all Popups? Then 95% of Internet would die without using the alternative Methods.

You better find an alternative niche for backup plan, and find some good push notifications / native advertising networks.

Tribaladnetwork is the last resort for banner ads but the rates can vary at times. MGID, Disqus Comments, Content.Ad for native ads. Since you dislike push ads Propeller Ads give you the option to get paid off subscriber notifications also. For video monetization you can use the usual YouTube or Facebook. I prefer Facebook since everything is new which you can take slight advantage of before it get popular like Google then add many restrictions to monetize your channel.
