Hello,

Payouts will be sent this week.
We are facing a issue with BTC.com wallet since they locked our account without any raison, we transferred some new funds via wire to our new wallet which could take some time

We will do our best to make all the payouts this week.

You had 2 pendings one at 3/06 and one at 5/06.

First one from 03/06 is already PAID.

Your second request was made at 5th we pay normally withing 24h-48h max 3 business days

Today is 8th and Saturday, you should get it Monday as Monday will be the 3rd Business day

It would be better to fix the policy that

"We will pay the money on the 3rd business day from your request moment.
It could be 5 days if the weekend is included".

I've checked the payment result too many times.

Don't make me confusing.

Hello,

The main raison for the delay is the Lock on our BTC wallet as we annonced above that has caused the delay.

We tried to pay as much as possible,
Pendings from 1th, 2th,3th,4th everything is paid, Monday we will process with the > 5th to 9th

anyway, starting from Monday, everything will go back to normal it will not take more then 24h-48h

We already added a new member to our team to help making the payouts so next week we will be able to pay on week-ends as well.

So everyone can get paid faster and on week-ends as well.
