We are doing our best to fix thos problem as for remote upload if you use another host to do remote will maybe slow but this is not from us.

The same servers that we use for upload are used for remote as well so our servers are extremly fast.






Hello we do support MKV, just to queue is a bit overloaded again we orded already 10 more servers, in 48 hour the encoding should be super fast again

We have made a exception on your payment, it has been sent.
Next time please request 10$ or more , because it's very difficult to find any exchange who can send such small amounts..

Payments are usually sent withing 24h, maximum 3 days in case of week-end or if we facing problems with exchangers

Annoncement:

Today at 5:00 AM the view count system will be stopped for around 30 min / 1 hour

We will add some Cache Servers to cache the view/download stats.

This will help to make Jetload a lot faster, and to make sure that no views/downloads are lost
This means even if 1 Cache server is down the second one will continue to count the views.

All of this just to make sure that not even 1 single of your view/download is lost.


Maintenance is over total time (20 min) with 0 downtime.
Jetload should be alot faster now.

Please stylish file manager and add rename file function. Also add delete function in remote upload failed list to can remove failed files.

And when torrent upload start working?

We are working already to add those options, a new File Manager is coming very soon

Hello, sometimes the Queue is overloaded we are adding as much servers as we can


UPDATE:
We have added a small option to the File Manager allowing you to set Priority to any of your videos, it will take between 1 min - 10 min to start the encoding.

Please use only for HOT Videos/Videos with high views

Maximum allowed priority encodes are: 20/per day

all videos (over 500 upload today) have the icon fast priotity in file-manager? have not click add the symbol in file-manager.
but not video encoded? user id: 248

I see the icon but canot click to encode this is only icon!
