Independent, and yes, obviously there are similarities. Openload is the most popular host at the moment, we took inspirations and tried to make some things better, eg. player with modern look, chromecast & picture in picture support etc.
We made most of it by ourselves, but you have to lean on some existing user interface design and functions.

Is not problem on remote upload, I am already remote all files from openload but remotedl folder take loading forever...

How many files do you have in your folder? Maybe that's the issue.

I use the same API functions as jdownloader, others just didn't have this idea probably.
