When you submit a question to Support do you get an instant confirmation email with a ticket number or something like that?
Or do you have to wait hours until you get the email with the response/solution for the problem?
I submitted a question but nothing in my email yet, I'm not sure how it works.
EDIT: They sent me an aswer hours later fixing my problem.

I have a question regarding storage space, what is the limit ? I don't understand how it works, you can buy only 1TB per month of extended space, but when you buy it a countdown of 4 weeks begins. But actually I have around 2,5 TB of files in my space so is there really a limit ? How do you manage that ?
