Like all other filesharing sites, if we mark IP_MAX24_REACHED as "Not Completed" then it won't bother you because you never know if its really "Not completed" or IP_MAX24_REACHED.
2nd scenario is, we count 3 times a day but lower PPD rates to one 3rd. You will even get low profit from users who download only 1 file.
3rd scenario is, we count 3 time per IP per day but limit their download speed to 20-50 KB like many other hosts. Then downloader barely completes their downloads and you will get even lower profits.
4th scenario is, we cheat & shave your profits like many hosts with big rates and speeds.
None of above will be beneficial for uploader.
We still want to show all detailed download info to you. So you could better understand your traffic.
Therefore, current active options are the best we could offer at this time for PPD with fast speed downloads.

Make it up to 500KB Download Speed?
 
I also look at it this way. If i use your host as my first choice. It keep hitting IP Limit Reached Max 24 then it not beneficial for me. For you it wll be cause your making money off my end with your ads and pop ups.

Most PPD sites count unique downloads as per ours.
More IP_MAX_REACHED means your user likes our site and prefer to download here. Because of high speed, no restriction download and no force user to buy premium (like wait 2 hours before next download ...etc).

That means user will come back daily to download and generate you money daily.

You can find all set-able options on "my account" page and set then as you desired. Thank you

I get what your saying. I'm just stating that if you count more than 1 per ip we all will be happy and you make more revenue.
 
And also you must make minimum payout 1$
because with adblock and max ip things ,people cant earn
maybe you can get customers with small minimum payout
except that you dont have much chance here
