There's an issue with encoding system, that make new files take a really long time to be finished encoding, that's why the files are not playable, so there would be no views on these files.
About the report of scamming people, please forward me the report right here into this thread so I can check it. Please do not tell me that you hear it from someone/somewhere, give us a proof please

Hi! I understand the problem with encoding new videos, but what happen about allready encoding videos? If I go from my account I can play these videos, If I go from incognito I got the message that video deleted... I hope you will fix this too...
