You have only Japan traffic, no one host can pay you higher.
Right now, since 3 weeks, we are focused on servers, moving all servers to 100% dedicated, upgrading the server farm only, it is a hard of work to resort and move 500 TB of data to new Datacenter. Thats why there is very few updates in coding.
