Very good thus far, videos load very quick, quality could be improved by just a bit but all in all great with those rates !

Videos are converting very slow, please work on this. There is a problem also, many videos give error
Conversion stage: Internal problem , the videos are 720p, please resolve this.​

Sorry, but actually videos are converting very fast. If you will upload any file right now it will convert within 5 minutes.


But this issue is with only 150 files which got uploaded last night, before we changed the setting. Now its very fast but those files are stuck for some reason, We are trying to figure out how to transfer them fast.


And fortunately when i am replying to you, we have also found a solution and all your videos will be transferred within 10 min now.

If i understand you correctly, you mean that if a video have a subtitle already than new/next visitor should not need to select sub to activate, is that what do you mean ?

Upload speed is back to normal, fast. Encodings however, why does my 720p gets encoded to only one res: 360p?
Only 3 files are affected, another two gets encoded to 720p.

Just up a video.. fast speeds, fast encode to 720p..no problem today.
I think it's yesterday's encoding problem that encodes to 360p.
Well i've deleted the 360p. Hope no problem arises today.

Okay, i don't think that's a good idea cause we have multiple language subs options and in that cause it will create confusion for visitor. So its better we let visitor to choose what he wants to do.

Yes it was the issue with that day's files, we had to disable HD encoding for some of the files to clear out the pile of files. I've posted the details above and we have done a solid fix for this and i hope not to see this issue again.


Problem like these in early stage will help us make site perfect when we come out of beta stage. It will help us serve you better and there will be no disruption in earnings in future when we will have lots of visitors. :)

​To all Vidlox users,


Yesterday night due to some issue encoding stopped and all files got lined up, however we found the issue and fixed it by this morning but too many files got lined up and made encoding slow for today's upload also.


Good thing is we know root cause of the issue and we have made a permanent fix to the issue so this issue won't re-appear in future. Sorry for inconvenience.


Usually we have kept our encoding and uploading and streaming very fast but due to this issue things got messed up.


We understand that speed is the key here, more fast our uploading, encoding and streaming will be more users and visitors will like us. We are committed to give fastest service to everyone.

This is also from your account and i don't see any problem in this nor you are saying anything on this that why this is correct.

However, about stats you posted - i can clearly see that you have just 22 unique visits and rest are pageviews, since we also pay some % amount for pageviews not just only unique views thats why its showing less cause you have got some % money for returning visits not 0 unlike other host which gives 0.

System works 1 for all, either its correct for all OR its wrong for all. If its correct in 1 pic, it is correct in another pic too. If wrong, than wrong in both. We are here to stay and grab #1 position on videotube and you don't become #1 by cheating people.

I can understand that most of the hosts here are cheating or going down in a year or 2 so i can understand your frustration and your suspicion towards new hosts, but you don't become #1 by cheating people like i said.

Vidlox is here to stay and serve for long period.
