Since when do they even offer that? Just contact the guy that run´s it i guess. But why do you even want that, 500 links 5$? that´s not even close to how much work you put in already by then, so i would just leave those small dollars.

only thing you can do is contact those site owners and ask them. most of them want you to register via theyr reflinks tho unless you publish alot. but for that you get a massive "audience". may be worth your time if you are working alot.
