Is tier 1 $20 or $30 at the moment?

Updates:
- FTP upload added
- upload process and zoom upload fixed and now faster
- if someone uploads for example 1080p or 720p h264+aac file, it won't reencode, but it will imported h264+aac, so 1:1 from source as possible.

There are 5 Ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black Diamond. New Dashboard and Earning Tables with an explaination is coming.
 
The rates are for all countries. Ranks are updated daily once and your indivual rank depends on countries, response from ad network, total views and number of stored videos.
