Today, they just deducted 14 euros from my account. If I ask them, they will reply like someone cancelled their subscription or something like that.

That's why I just don't ask questions because UL is still one of the highest paying and trustworthy (or we can say less-scammy as compared to xerver, oboom and those hundreds of other files hosts who run away taking uploader's money) file-hosts.
