[FONT=proxima_nova_rgregular] Looks like I was a little too optimistic. There is some sort of mess up with Thevideo payments. I got status "paid" on my last payment request, but nothing showed up on my account. It's been 2 days since I emailed them and asked for explanation, no response so far. Btw, is it just me not seeing their live chat anymore or they removed this feature from their website? I hope it's only temporary problem. Will let you know guys if I find out anything new.[/FONT]

I'm on Firefox and find that to see it, I have to disable my ad blocker and disable the tracking shield. Then it shows up. But it will only disappoint you as they haven't been on there in over a week.

I turned it off for a moment and the chat is back! About thevideo, I know they don't show up on chat, important is they get messages. It happened to me before that they sent my money to different person/account. I imagine they have really many many payments to process. I'm just trying to think positive lol![/FONT]

The exact same thing happened to me about 30 minutes ago. They were all gone. But then they came back! No idea what's going on.

It does not appear that your files were deleted due to the recent issue but rather was removed by an individual as all the files have been cleared up from our system and we no longer can retrieve them.
Everybody should chance passwords if they use the same user and password on other hosts

I wish they paid me in May -- although I'm Payza, not Bitcoin. Is this how it's going to be now all the time with Thevideo and Vidup? I was thinking at first it was just temporary, but it's now the normal behaviour. Maybe their inbox gets so full from e-mails that they don't respond to that they decide it's time to pay. Who knows? So tiresome and annoying.
