They haven't been on their live chat for well over a week. Not sure what's happening regarding payments again.

Yes, I noticed that too on the live chat. They should change the name of that haha. I PMed them because I can't disable my security lock as I'm not receiving the e-mail to generate it. They haven't e-mailed back. And I'm also wondering about payment again. For vidup too.
 
Anyone get an answer while they were online? Or a payment?

Nothing for me. The only thing I noticed is that it's no longer more than a week since they've accessed their chat. At one point today, it said 15 minutes and now 2 hours. However, they haven't replied to my question about disabling my security lock from four days ago. I haven't even asked about the money. Nothing from vidup either.

Reports feature looks so nice. But lots of view and download shavings LOL.

Nothing still from thevideo nor vidup. I'm using Payza. I'm starting to regret the decision to double-up by taking on both thevideo and vidup...
 
Not only is there nothing yet from Vidup nor Thevideo, but two worrisome things occurred -- first, two messages I sent to Vidup via its Webmail were returned to me a couple of days later as undeliverable. The second is that I checked my totals today for my hosts (which I do once a week) and my totals for Thevideo were about 40% less than what they normally are. If I recall, this happened when they delayed payment the last time. So I suppose I should be glad that it means I might get paid. On the other hand, it starts to feel like my own money is getting used to pay me. And that's just weird.

We will release a detailed statement in regards to the changes we have made to the site, however please note that due to a bug we had in our software during December/Jan, we ended up paying users 2x the normal rates. While we will not deduct money from our users' account, we had to address this problem and fix it. Many users have started to assume that we are shaving points, I am hoping our statement will clarify the issue.

That's interesting and if true, could explain why my earnings were extra-low this week. On the other hand, I didn't notice that my earnings were ever extra-high, so who knows? None of that means they can't pay us now though. Have you been paid recently? And if so, by what method?

Well hooray!! Thevideo just paid me. Now if Vidup comes too I'll be aces for now.

I have not got paid yet. }:-) What are the payment method of yours? Mine is BTC

I'm Payza Bonata. Horrorspoke's right. I recall that BTC people got paid last when they also had those delayed payments a month or so ago. Or maybe Skrill was last...At any rate, Payza was first and that's why I switched to Payza from Skrill, because I wanted to be in the first wave when and if the payments happened. :-)
