Hi, you requested a payment on the 8th. Payments that are requested on or before the 7th get paid on the 16th. If you request after the 7th, you get paid on the 1st.

Well, i was waiting to see if there was any improvement in the situation on D Tier countries before i said anything, or rather i was hoping i did not have to say anything because a middle ground has been reached where maybe you did not not go back to what you started offering to begin with but not to a point that you went from one of the best to the very worst,
i don't know exactly how to feel about this since my traffic is definitely mostly from tier D countries and for a little while i thought that at last we found a home where we did not have to spent 3 months getting paid peanuts before we got to a level where we can get paid more or less as good as some of the other tier countries.
i think that clarification is necessary , it's not that tier D countries uploaders don't get paid well enough, is that in most cases we gotta spent several months getting paid very little for whatever the reason until we can reach the level that you offered just at the beginning and in that sense you were "Unique", but now you decided to go from unique to just another one of the bunch when it comes to us D tier uploaders,
i have seen many comments here since this started, but the thing that caught my attention the most was that this *Smart_boy* makes his comments publicly regarding that you are paying too much to the D tier countries and basically the next day you implemented this! LOL! WTF!?
talking about Collusion! je,je,je, i don' t care who this guy is or why he made his comment, but what i do know is what it looked like! you needed somebody to make it easy for you to make this announcement and i don't care if he works for Xerver or if he is just a lapdog that is getting some preferential treatment from you now, *Hey you are paying too much to this worthless countries*, lol!
Really? and the next day you make this announcement?! let me repeat what i said to you in a private message, it doesn't matter how you did it, you come across as somebody that does not seem to know what he is doing to begin with, and you can sacrifice us D Tier Countries now, but you can be sure that the rest of the tiers are watching and wondering who is it that they are dealing with and if Xerver is just another "Fly by Night" kind of place...

Thanks for your message. But as stated previously, we are still discussing this. We are not a "fly by night" host and that is why we are trying to make the best possible decision for our business and for our users.
Like I stated before "We are busy working with a new advertiser that is willing to pay better for tier 4 countries". We are performing tests with this advertiser and things are looking good at the moment. But we don't have enough conclusive data yet to make a decision. We understand your frustration but please try to understand that we are running a business and that we have to protect ourselves just as we protect our users.
We have always been open to suggestions and comments and have tried our upmost to give our users everything they have requested from us, that has not changed at all. So please dont think that we have forgotten about the request for better rates. We are working on a suitable solution and will have an update shortly.
